From the center of Kumasi, head towards the Kumasi Central Market. Once you are at the market, look for the sign for 'Stewart Ave'. Follow Stewart Ave, which is a major road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Armed Forces Museum on your left. The museum is located at the intersection of Stewart Ave and another smaller road. You can easily spot the entrance marked with a sign.

If you are near the Manhyia Palace, exit the palace grounds and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the traffic lights at the junction. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Stewart Ave. Continue walking along Stewart Ave for about 500 meters, and you will find the Armed Forces Museum on your right. Look for the distinctive architecture and signs indicating the museum.

If you prefer to take a trotro, head to the nearest trotro station and look for one heading towards 'Kumasi Central Market'. Once you arrive at the market, disembark and follow the previous walking directions towards Stewart Ave. Alternatively, ask the conductor to drop you off at a stop near Stewart Ave, and then walk towards the museum.
