From Danyame, head towards the main road known as the Kwame Nkrumah University Road. Walk along this road heading southeast. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance of KNUST. Look for signs directing you to the Botanical Garden. Once inside the university, follow the path to the left which leads directly to the garden entrance.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from Danyame toward the university. Head towards the Kwame Nkrumah University Road and follow the same route as pedestrians.
