If you're starting from the Kumasi Central Market, exit the market and head south towards the main road, known as the Kumasi-Accra Road. Walk along this road for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the roundabout at the Ghana National Cultural Centre. From the roundabout, take the first exit to your left to enter the Cultural Centre grounds. Ike’s Cafe and Grill is located within the Cultural Centre, so follow the signs leading you to the restaurant.

If you are near the Manhyia Palace, exit the palace grounds and head east towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn right and continue walking straight for about 20-25 minutes. You will eventually see the Ghana National Cultural Centre on your left. Enter the Cultural Centre grounds and look for directional signs leading to Ike’s Cafe and Grill.
