From Akosombo, take a shared taxi or a bus heading towards Abesre. The fare is usually around 5-10 GHS per person. Inform the driver that you want to go to Akumersu Waterfalls. Once you arrive in Abesre, you may need to hire a local motorcycle taxi (commonly known as an 'okada') to take you the remaining distance to the waterfalls. The okada ride should cost around 10-15 GHS. Be sure to confirm the price before starting your journey.
