Car
If you are traveling by car, start from any point in Lake Volta. Head towards the nearest major road leading to Hohoe. Follow the main road signs directing you to Hohoe, which is approximately 30-40 minutes away, depending on your starting point. Upon reaching Hohoe, look for signs to Liati Soba. Drive on the unnamed road leading to Liati Soba, where you will continue until you reach the destination. Ensure you have a GPS or map app for accurate navigation.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, board a shared taxi or a trotro (minibus) heading towards Hohoe from your location in Lake Volta. The fare should range from 5 to 10 GHS depending on your starting point. Once you arrive in Hohoe, you can either take another taxi or a motorbike taxi (okada) directly to Liati Soba. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting the ride, which could cost around 10-15 GHS.
Walking
If you are already in Hohoe and prefer to walk, it will take approximately 1-2 hours to reach Liati Soba, depending on your pace. Start from the center of Hohoe and follow the road signs toward the unnamed road leading to Liati Soba. It is advisable to ask locals for directions to ensure you are on the right path, as it may not be a heavily trafficked route.
