If you are traveling by car from Mamprugu, head southeast on the main road towards the town of Boti. Follow the signs for Boti Waterfalls. The drive takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Boti, look for signs directing you to the waterfalls. You may need to pay a small parking fee, usually around 2 to 5 GHS.
Public Transportation
To reach Boti Waterfalls by public transportation, take a shared taxi or a trotro (local minibus) from Mamprugu to Boti. These vehicles typically depart from designated stations in Mamprugu. The journey can take about 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive in Boti, you can either walk to the waterfalls or hire a local taxi to take you there. Make sure to clarify the fare beforehand, which may cost around 10 to 15 GHS for a short trip to the waterfalls.
Walking from Boti Town
If you are in Boti town after arriving by car or public transportation, you can walk to the waterfalls. The distance from the town center to the waterfalls is approximately 1 km.
