From Tamale, head south on the N10 road. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction for the C5 highway. Turn left onto the C5 highway and drive for about 5 kilometers. NOBISCO forest is located at the coordinates C5P2+WQM, which you can enter into your GPS. Look out for a sign indicating the entrance to the forest. Parking is available on-site, but be sure to check for any fees.
