From Sefwi, head southeast on the main road towards Bibiani. Continue driving for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction at Bibiani. At the junction, take the left turn towards the Aboisso road and continue for about 40 km until you reach the town of Elmina. Follow the signs to Elmina Castle, which is located at 3MM2+4R3, Elmina.

To reach Elmina Castle using public transportation, first take a shared taxi or trotro from Sefwi to Bibiani. The fare is approximately 5 GHS. Once in Bibiani, transfer to a trotro heading to Elmina; the fare will be around 15 GHS. The journey may take about 2-3 hours total, depending on waiting times and traffic.
