Walking
If you are starting from the Sekondi Market, head northwest on Market Street towards the main road (Sekondi-Takoradi Rd). Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Takoradi-Agona Rd. Continue along this road for approximately 1.5 km. You will see signs for Apremdo. As you approach Apremdo, keep an eye out for W57X+GMX on your left side, where Myohaung Barracks is located.

Public Transport (Trotro)
From the Takoradi Market Circle, find the trotro station that goes towards Apremdo. Board the trotro and pay the fare (which is usually around 2 GHS). The ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Apremdo, get off at the stop closest to Takoradi-Agona Rd. Walk back about 200 meters towards the barracks, which will be on your right side.

Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the center of Sekondi and head towards the Sekondi-Takoradi Rd. Ride towards the west for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Takoradi-Agona Rd and continue for about 1.5 km. Keep an eye out for Apremdo; Myohaung Barracks will be on your left side. Make sure to ride safely and be aware of the traffic conditions.
