Walking
From the center of Sunyani, head east on the main road. You can start at the Sunyani Market, which is a central location. Walk along the road until you reach the junction for the road leading towards Nkoranza. Turn left at this junction. Continue along this road for about 10 kilometers. You will pass through several small villages. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the Boabeng Fiema Monkey Sanctuary. As you get closer, the area will become more rural, and you may notice local landmarks such as farms and small shops. Eventually, you will arrive at the sanctuary located on Lordina Street in Nkoranza.

Public Transport (Tro-Tro)
From Sunyani, head to the bus station where you can find tro-tros heading to Nkoranza. Look for a tro-tro with a sign indicating Nkoranza, and it will typically cost a small fee (around 2-5 GHS). Once you board, the tro-tro will leave when it is full. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. As you near Nkoranza, inform the driver of your destination, Boabeng Fiema Monkey Sanctuary. After you arrive in Nkoranza, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, ask locals for directions to Lordina Street, where the sanctuary is located. It’s a short walk from the bus stop.
