From the center of Sunyani, head north on the main road (Lakeside Road). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Techiman-Nkoranza Road. Turn left onto Techiman-Nkoranza Road. Continue walking along this road, which is well-marked and has local shops and eateries along the way. After about 2 kilometers, you will start seeing signs for The Boten Rock. Keep an eye out for the landmarks like local markets or roadside stalls as you approach. The Boten Rock is located just off the main road, so look for a small path leading to it on your right.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Sunyani. Start your journey by cycling north along Lakeside Road. As you approach the junction with Techiman-Nkoranza Road, turn left. Cycle along Techiman-Nkoranza Road, which is generally flat and easy to navigate. After about 2 kilometers, look for signs indicating the direction to The Boten Rock. There may be a small path leading off to the right from the main road that will take you to the rock. Be cautious of traffic and watch for pedestrians as you bike.

From the center of Sunyani, locate the tro-tro station near the main market. Board a tro-tro heading towards Techiman. Inform the driver you want to get off near The Boten Rock. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a bit along Techiman-Nkoranza Road. Look for signs or ask locals for directions to The Boten Rock, which should be a short walk from the main road.
