If you are in the central part of Takoradi, start by walking towards the main road (Nkrumah Street). From there, head southeast towards the junction with the Cape Coast road (also known as the Elmina Road). After about 1 kilometer, you will reach a bus station. Here, look for a trotro (shared minibus) heading to Elmina. Board the trotro and inform the driver that you want to go to Coconut Grove Beach Resort. The trotro will typically take you directly to Elmina. Once you arrive in Elmina, ask the driver to drop you off at Mmoframa Akyinim. From the drop-off point, it’s a short walk to the resort, which is located near the beach.

To get to Coconut Grove Beach Resort using a trotro, find your way to the main trotro station in Takoradi. Look for a trotro heading to Elmina. Once you board the trotro, it will take you directly to Elmina. Keep an eye out for landmarks like the Elmina Castle as you approach the town. When you reach Elmina, inform the driver that you want to get off at Mmoframa Akyinim. After getting off, you can easily walk to the Coconut Grove Beach Resort, which is located along the coastline.

If you prefer to ride a bicycle, start from the center of Takoradi and head towards the Cape Coast road. Follow this road as it leads you southeast out of Takoradi. Continue cycling for about 10 kilometers until you reach Elmina. As you approach Elmina, look for signs that indicate Mmoframa Akyinim. Once you reach the area, you should see signs directing you to Coconut Grove Beach Resort. The route is relatively flat and offers beautiful coastal views along the way.
