From the Tamale Central Market, head south on Kumbungu Road toward the main bus terminal. Once at the terminal, you will find multiple shared taxis and tro-tros heading to various destinations. Ask for a tro-tro heading towards the Bolgatanga Road. After boarding, stay on the tro-tro until you reach the Bolga Junction. From Bolga Junction, transfer to a tro-tro heading to Ada Foah. Once you arrive in Ada Foah, ask the driver to drop you off at a location close to Treasure Island Ghana, which should be near the beach area. You may need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance.
