If you are traveling by car from any location in Western Region, head towards the town of Dodowa. From Dodowa, take the Accra-Dodowa road (N4) and continue until you reach the junction for the Shai Hills Resource Reserve, which is approximately 30 km from Dodowa. Turn left onto the road leading to the reserve. Follow the signs to the entrance of the reserve. Please note that there may be entrance fees for the reserve, so keep some cash handy.

For public transportation, you can take a trotro (shared minibus) from any major town in Western Region to Dodowa. Once you arrive in Dodowa, look for a trotro heading towards Shai Hills.
