From Gibraltar city center, head south on Rosia Road. Continue on Europa Road and follow signs for Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Once at the entrance of the reserve, follow signs for Raglan's Battery. Take bus number 2 from the Gibraltar city center to the Cable Car station. From there, transfer to the Cable Car to reach the Upper Rock Nature Reserve.
