From the center of Gibraltar, head east on Main Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Devil's Tower Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Devil's Gap Road. Turn left onto Devil's Gap Road. Follow this road; you will see signs for the Gibraltar Nature Reserve. Continue along Devil's Gap Road until you reach the parking area located near the entrance to the Nature Reserve. From the parking area, it is a short walk to Union Jack Steps.

Take the bus number 6 or 7 from the main bus station in Gibraltar, which is located near the border with Spain. Both buses will take you towards the Nature Reserve. Get off at the stop nearest to Devil's Gap Road. From the bus stop, walk along Devil's Gap Road following the signs for the Gibraltar Nature Reserve. Continue on foot until you reach the entrance of the reserve. Union Jack Steps are a short hike from the entrance.
