Walking
Starting from the beach in Catalan Bay, head towards the main road that runs along the coast. As you walk, keep the sea on your right. Continue along this path until you reach the end of the beach. There, you will see a small path that leads up the hill. Follow this path, which will take you past several local houses. As you ascend, you will notice a sign directing you towards the Southport Gates. Keep following the signs, and you will eventually reach the Southport Gates, which are located at the edge of the cliff with stunning views.
Walking
From the restaurant at the far end of Catalan Bay, walk back towards the main road. Turn left at the intersection and continue straight for about 300 meters. You will pass by some shops and local attractions. Look for a pathway leading up to the right, marked with signs for Southport Gates. Follow this path uphill for a short distance until you arrive at Southport Gates.
Walking
If you are near the Catalan Bay Hotel, exit the hotel and head towards the beach. Walk along the beach promenade until you see the main road. Cross the road and continue straight ahead. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the area where Southport Gates is located. Look for the signs that will guide you up towards the gates.
