If you are already at Eastern Beach, make your way to the eastern end of the beach where you will find the path leading to the Mediterranean Steps. Follow the coastal walkway towards the north until you reach the entrance of the steps. The path is well marked and offers scenic views of the coastline.

From Eastern Beach, you can catch a bus to the Gibraltar Town Centre. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop along the beach. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in town, transfer to a bus that goes towards the Upper Rock area. Get off at the stop nearest to Ohara's Road, and follow the signs to the Mediterranean Steps. The walk from the bus stop to the steps is approximately 10 minutes.

If you are driving from Eastern Beach, head west on the A302 road towards the city center. Follow the signs for the Upper Rock area. As you approach the base of the Rock of Gibraltar, look for signs directing you to Ohara's Road. Turn onto Ohara's Road, and you will find parking areas available nearby. The Mediterranean Steps entrance is a short walk from the parking area.
