The Skywalk Gibraltar, opened in 2018, is a glass-bottomed platform offering panoramic views from the top of the Rock of Gibraltar. Built on a former WWII base, it provides 360-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Strait of Gibraltar, and the North African coast.

Getting There

Cable Car
The most common way to reach the Skywalk is via the Gibraltar Cable Car. The Cable Car's lower station is near the Alameda Gardens. A round-trip ticket costs approximately £19.50 for adults and £10.50 for children. From the upper station, it's a short walk to the Skywalk, following marked trails through the Upper Rock Nature Reserve.

Walking
For those who enjoy hiking, it's possible to walk to the Skywalk from the town center. However, be prepared for a steep uphill trek of approximately 20 minutes from the Upper Rock Nature Reserve entrance. The Nature Reserve entrance fee is required, costing around £13 per adult. Follow the marked trails from the parking area.

Public Transport
From various points in Gibraltar, take a bus to the Market Place. From there, connect to a bus that takes you to the Cable Car. Alternatively, take bus number 5 to the 'Upper Rock Nature Reserve' stop. From there, walk 20 minutes uphill or take a shuttle bus for approximately £5 round trip.
