If you are driving in North Front, start by heading east on Winston Churchill Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the avenue. Take the second exit onto the A1 road towards the city center. Continue along the A1, and as you approach the city center, look for signs pointing towards the Rock of Gibraltar. Follow the signs until you reach the base of the Rock, where the entrance to the Mediterranean Steps is located. There is limited parking available near the entrance.

To reach the Mediterranean Steps using public transportation, find the nearest bus stop in North Front. You can take the bus route 2 or 3 that travels towards the city center. Get off at the 'Main Street' stop. From there, walk towards the entrance of the Rock Nature Reserve, where you will find signs directing you to the Mediterranean Steps. The walk from the bus stop to the entrance will take about 15 minutes.

If you are already in North Front and prefer to walk, start from the area near the border with Spain. Head towards Winston Churchill Avenue and continue walking east. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the base of the Rock of Gibraltar. Look for the entrance to the Mediterranean Steps, which is clearly marked. The steps will take you up the Rock, offering fantastic views along the way.
