    The Gibraltar Aerobeacon is located on the Rock of Gibraltar. From the Apes' Den within the Upper Rock Nature Reserve, follow signs towards Rock Gun Battery. The Aerobeacon is in the same general area. Be prepared for steep sections; wear comfortable shoes. Note that while you can walk in the general area, the Aerobeacon site itself is closed to the public.

    Public Transport

    From Gibraltar Harbour, take Bus Route 2 towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Get off at the stop nearest the entrance to the reserve. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes uphill towards Rock Gun Battery, following signs. The Aerobeacon is nearby. A single bus ticket costs approximately £1.80. Note that this bus route may require a change and that the Aerobeacon site itself is closed to the public.
