    From Casemates Square, walk towards the Gibraltar Museum and follow the path towards the Northern face of the Rock of Gibraltar. Look for signs pointing towards the 'Upper Rock' area. Continue straight and ascend the staircase leading to the upper areas of the Rock. Once at the top, Queen Charlotte's Battery will be slightly to the left, with clear paths leading to it. There are no costs associated with walking.

    Catch the number 2 bus from the main bus terminal on Winston Churchill Avenue towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Get off at the stop for 'Queen Charlotte's Battery'. A single bus fare costs approximately £1.80. You can pay with a credit card, but it's advisable to have cash as a backup.
