Getting There

Car
Start in Rosia Bay and head northwest on the A-7 highway. Follow the A-7 for approximately 25 kilometers. Take exit 116 towards N-340/Cádiz/Algeciras. Merge onto N-340 and follow the signs for Baelo Claudia. After about 10 kilometers, turn left onto the road leading to the archaeological site. The site has a parking area where you can leave your car. Please note that there may be a parking fee.

From Rosia Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus line 3 towards La Línea de la Concepción. Once at La Línea, transfer to bus line 5 towards Tarifa. Get off at the stop for Tarifa and look for the bus service that goes to Baelo Claudia. The total journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours, and the bus fare will depend on the distance traveled but expect to pay around 3 to 5 euros.
