Walking
From Casemates Square in the city center, walk east towards the Rock of Gibraltar. Follow signs for the Upper Rock Nature Reserve and Castle Steps. The entrance to Castle Steps is near the Moorish Castle. Note that the walk involves a steep ascent.

Take bus number 2 from Main Street to the Gibraltar Nature Reserve entrance. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards Castle Steps, approximately a 15-minute walk. The bus fare is around £1.50.
