Turn right onto Governor's Parade, walk past the Governor's Residence, and continue to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve entrance. Ascend towards the Nature Reserve, following signs to Windmill Hill Road. Continue on Windmill Hill Road to reach Devil's Bellows at 6 Windmill Hill Rd. The walk takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

From the Gibraltar Harbour bus stop, take Route 2 towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Disembark at the 'Windmill Hill' bus stop after approximately 10 minutes. Walk along Windmill Hill Road for about 300 meters to Devil's Bellows at 6 Windmill Hill Rd. The bus fare is approximately £1.80 for a single ticket, or £2.50 for an all-day pass.
