Fabulous Tour of Gibraltar

The tour guide Mark was very knowledgeable, patient and considerate with us and flexible as to what we wanted to do. He picked us up from right outside the terminal with my name clearly displayed in the front window of his vehicle. The vehicle was very spacious for the four of us and was beautifully air conditioned on a very hot day. We started by asking Mark to take us on a tour of the area below the Rock. This included going through the tunnel under the airport runway and stopping for a while at Europa Point. Mark then took us up the Rock to St Michael’s Cave, which was spectacular. We then continued on to the SkyWalk and the Ape Feeding Station. Finally we visited the World War II Tunnels before being dropped off in the centre of the town. Mark would have happily dropped us off back at the cruise terminal. All in all a fabulous and memorable trip.

Great Tour!!

If you are a history lover, this is the tour for you! Despite the cloudy UK weather blotting out the view on the skywalk, we had an amazing time visiting the tunnels and meeting the monkeys. Our guide was knowledgeable and provided us with plenty of time to explore on our own. Highly recommend.

It should be longer. We only had 2 1/2 hours. It should have been at least one hour longer. Our guide was very friendly personable and informative. There was a lot of traffic and that should have been taken in account in the planning process. We really enjoyed everything we saw but we didn’t have time to explore the WWII tunnels.
