Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main entrance of the Gibraltar Nature Reserve, follow the path uphill towards the cable car station. Continue past the station; after approximately 15 minutes, you'll reach a junction. Take the left path towards St. Michael's Cave. Follow the signs for about 10 minutes to reach the cave entrance. Note that this is a steep, uphill walk.

    From the town center, take Bus Number 2 towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. The bus ride is approximately 15 minutes. Disembark at the St. Michael's Cave bus stop, and it's a short, 5-minute walk to the cave entrance. A single bus fare is approximately £2.20.
