Walking
From the Grand Parade car park, walk along Europa Road, following signs to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Turn onto Engineer Road and continue to the Pillars of Hercules. The start of the Mediterranean Steps is signposted opposite the ticket office. Purchase a ticket for the Upper Rock Nature Reserve, which includes access to the steps. The ticket costs £19 for adults. There are toilets next to the ticket office.
Public Transport
Take the GI-2 bus to Europa Point and get off at the Garrison Gym stop near Windmill Hill Road. Walk up Windmill Hill Road to the Pillars of Hercules. Purchase a ticket for the Upper Rock Nature Reserve, which includes access to the steps. The ticket costs £19 for adults. Bus fare is approximately £2.20.
