Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the center of Athens. Use the main roads such as the Athens Ring Road (Attiki Odos) and follow signs for 'Athens Center' or 'Acropolis.' Once you reach the city center, look for signs directing you to the Acropolis. Park your vehicle at one of the nearby parking facilities, such as the underground parking at 'Syntagma Square' or 'Monastiraki.' From there, walk towards 'Theorias Street.' Areopagus Hill is a short 10-minute walk from either location, just follow the signs to the Acropolis, and you will see the hill on your right as you approach the historical site.
Metro
To reach Areopagus Hill using public transportation, take the Athens Metro Line 1 (Green Line) and get off at 'Monastiraki Station.' Exit the station and head towards 'Areos Street,' then take a left onto 'Mitropoleos Street.' Continue straight until you reach 'Theorias Street.' Areopagus Hill will be directly ahead. The entire journey from Monastiraki to the hill will take about 15-20 minutes of walking.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take any bus that stops at 'Syntagma Square' or 'Monastiraki.' Once you disembark, follow the same directions as for the Metro. Walk towards 'Theorias Street,' which leads directly to Areopagus Hill. This journey may take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
