Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards the city center of Athens. From Syntagma Square, take Vasilissis Sofias Avenue towards the south. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Eratosthenous Street. Turn left onto Eratosthenous Street, and you will find the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation located at number 13. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to find a spot and check for parking regulations.

• Metro

  To reach the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation using the metro, take Line 3 (the Blue Line) towards the 'Dafni' station. Get off at the 'Syntagma' station, which is a major hub in Athens. From Syntagma, transfer to Line 2 (the Red Line) and head toward the 'Elliniko' station. Get off at the 'Acropolis' station. Exit the station and walk towards Eratosthenous Street. Turn left and walk until you reach number 13. The entire journey should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on waiting times.

• Bus

  For those opting to travel by bus, you can take bus number 550 or 228 from various locations in Attica towards the direction of Athens. Get off at the 'Akadimias' stop. From there, walk towards the south on Akadimias Street until you reach the intersection with Eratosthenous Street. Turn right on Eratosthenous Street, and the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation will be on your left at number 13. Bus fares are approximately €1.40.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route and convenience, taking a taxi is a great option. You can easily hail a taxi from any location in Attica. Provide the driver with the address: Eratosthenous 13, Athens 116 35. The fare will vary depending on your starting point but expect to pay around €10-€20 for a journey from central Athens.
