Getting there

Car

If you're driving in Attica, head towards the center of Athens. Use the main roads such as Leof. Kifisias or Leof. Syngrou to navigate into the heart of the city. Once you reach the area near Syntagma Square, follow the signs for 'Εθνικός Κήπος' (National Garden). The Sundial is located within the National Garden at Leof. Vasilisis Amalias, 105 57. There is limited street parking available near the entrance, so be prepared to look for parking spaces or consider using nearby parking lots, which may incur a fee of around €2-€5 per hour.

Public Transportation

To reach the Sundial using public transportation, take the Metro Line 3 (the blue line) to Syntagma Station. Upon exiting the station, you will be at Syntagma Square. From there, walk towards the National Garden, which is directly adjacent to the square. Enter the garden and follow the paths to find the Sundial located within the park. This trip will cost approximately €1.40 for a single metro ticket, which is valid for 90 minutes of travel.
