    If you are driving from Kallithea, head southeast on the main road toward Nea Moudania. After approximately 25 kilometers, you will reach the junction for the Egnatia Odos (A2) highway. Merge onto Egnatia Odos and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take exit 26 toward Petralona and follow the signs to Petralona village. The entrance to the Petralona Cave is located on the main road in the village, just a few minutes' drive from the exit.

    From Thessaloniki, take a KTEL bus to Nea Moudania. Buses leave frequently from the KTEL bus station. Once you arrive at Nea Moudania, transfer to a local bus heading to Petralona. The bus will take you directly to the village center. From there, the Petralona Cave is within walking distance, approximately 1 kilometer from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards the cave; it should take about 15 minutes to walk.
