Walking
Starting from the Old Venetian Harbour in Chania, walk towards the narrow street leading away from the water, called Zambeliou Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at Splantzia Square. Turn right onto Kydonias Street and follow this road as it curves left into Tsouderon Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Agiou Nikolaou Street. Turn left onto Agiou Nikolaou Street and walk for about 10 minutes. The Church of St. Nicholas will be on your left at Agiou Nikolaou 11, Souda.

From Chania's central bus station, take a bus towards Souda. Buses to Souda are frequent and usually leave every 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Souda stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight ahead on Agiou Nikolaou Street for about 5 minutes. The Church of St. Nicholas will be located at Agiou Nikolaou 11 on your left.
