Authentic Cretan Cooking Class & Farm Experience in Chania, Crete

Warm hospitality and delicious food on a fun day in the countryside

It’s hard to put into words the magical, beautiful day we spent here. The entire experience was beyond my expectations - from the warm hospitality extended to us by everyone in the family we met to the delicious food we prepared, to the enchanting setting in the countryside, and more. We loved seeing the animals, even having a chance to milk the goats. Sofia guided us through the cooking with expert care and directions, and her brother Paraskevos was so kind to show us around the farm, explaining how he collects honey, how they make raki, and even serenading us on the Greek version of the mandolin. To add to all this, we got to meet the matriarch of the family, the yiayia (grandmother) who invited us into her house for cookies and a drink. We will long remember this beautiful family and the authentic Greek experience they gave us - a real highlight of our trip to Greece.
