If you are in the Old Town of Chania, start at the central square known as 'Square of the 1866 Revolution'. From there, head towards the harbor by walking straight down to the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left and continue walking along the promenade. You will pass many shops and cafes on your way. Keep walking for about 10-15 minutes until you see the Firka Venetian Fortress on your right, directly by the waterfront at Akti Kountourioti.

From the central bus station in Chania, take bus number 21 towards 'Kato Daratso'. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Old Port' (Λιμάνι). The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the water and follow the promenade to your right. After about a 10-minute walk along the waterfront, you will see the Firka Venetian Fortress on your right at Akti Kountourioti.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the central area of Chania and head towards the Old Port. Ride along the waterfront and follow the coastal path. You will enjoy a scenic ride for approximately 15 minutes. As you approach the Firka Venetian Fortress, keep an eye on your right side, where you will see the fortress directly by the water at Akti Kountourioti. There are bike racks available near the fortress where you can park your bicycle.
