Bus
From Chania city center, head to the main bus station (Ktel Chania), which is located on Kidonias Street. Take the bus to Kalyves; it will be marked with 'Kalyves' on the front. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kalyves bus stop, walk towards the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk straight down the main road. You will pass by several shops and cafes on your way.
Walking
If you are in the nearby area of Kalyves or if you prefer to walk, start from the center of Kalyves village. Head towards Epar.Od. Kalivon-Georgioupolis, which runs parallel to the beach. Follow the road towards the direction of Georgioupolis. Kalyves Beach is located right along this road and is easily accessible. It should take you about 15-20 minutes to reach the beach from the village center.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct and quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Chania to Kalyves Beach. Simply tell the driver 'Kalyves Beach' or show them the address: Epar.Od. Kalivon-Georgioupolis 623, Kalyves 730 03. The drive will take approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.
