If you are starting from the Old Venetian Harbor, exit the harbor area and head east along the waterfront promenade. Continue straight until you reach the end of the promenade and take a right onto Odos Zambeliou. Walk along this street until you reach the junction with Odos Halidon. Turn left onto Halidon and continue walking until you reach the square at the end. From there, take a right onto Agias Kiriakis Street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Saint Kyriaki Church on your left.

From the central bus station in Chania, take a bus heading towards Agia Marina or Kolymbari. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Chania Town Center'. Walk towards the Old Town, and once you reach the Old Venetian Harbor, follow the same walking instructions provided above to reach Saint Kyriaki Church.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Old Venetian Harbor and cycle east along the waterfront, following the same route as the walking directions. Once you reach Odos Zambeliou, continue cycling straight. Be cautious of pedestrians as you navigate through the Old Town streets. After about 10 minutes of cycling, you will find Saint Kyriaki Church on your left at Agias Kiriakis Street.
