If you are in the central area of Platanias, head towards the main road, Epar.Od. Chanion-Omalou. From the beach, walk directly inland along the main avenue until you reach the intersection with Epar.Od. Chanion-Omalou. Turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see the Statue on your right. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer to take public transport, locate the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for the KTEL bus that heads towards Chania. You will need to pay a small fare (around €1.50). Get off at the stop closest to Epar.Od. Chanion-Omalou, which is usually named after the statue. From there, walk for about 5 minutes in the direction of the statue, which will be visible along the road.
