Continue past the monastery entrance, where you'll find signs for the 'Donkey Path' Trail to Lakones. The trail begins near the monastery and is well-signposted. Follow the path, enjoying the scenic views. The trail can be a bit steep in some areas, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. The hike to Lakones takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

From Corfu Town, take the Green Bus (Bus No. 5) to Palaiokastritsa from the main bus station at San Rocco Square (Platia San Rocco). The bus ride takes approximately 45-50 minutes and costs €2.50. Disembark at the Palaiokastritsa bus stop and walk towards the beach area. From there, follow the signs directing you to the Donkey Path Trail. Then follow the walking directions.

If driving, there is paid parking available near Agios Spiridon Beach in Paleokastritsa. Parking costs approximately €5 for the whole day.
