Authentic Cretan extra virgin Olive Oil Experience at Douloufakis Winery
Wonderful experience with authentic Cretan people and taste! We enjoyed a premium extra virgin olive oil tasting at Douloufakis Winery, and it was excellent.— truly some of the best value I have found in Crete. Giorgos and Katerina were very professional and welcoming. They explained how to taste olive oil properly and gave us helpful tips on how to choose high-quality extra virgin olive oil at the supermarket. We also learned great food pairings — you were perfect guides! It was a fantastic, informative, and high-quality experience at a very low price. I will definitely come back soon with my family and children. Highly recommended!

Winery tour & wine tasting at Douloufakis winery
Definitely worth a visit!
We got the tasting for free because we stayed at the AirBnb of the owners of the winery and it was really really lovely! The village itself is very cute too. delicious wines, a lot to try, very ambitious expert explaining us everything. The food plate with cheese, meats, olives, tomatoes, fava beans cream and marmalade was 100 points, so I can def. recommend ordering it extra for 15€. In the end one of the owners visited the winery and had a chat with us too. Lovely experience!

Wine Tasting at Douloufakis Winery’s Vineyards in Crete
Nice wine tasting experience
Nice experience of the wine tasting in the vineyards of Douloufakis. While tasting the wines we got a great explanation about the grapes and the wines from Giorgos. And all that accompanied with some local cheeses and an amazing view. We truly enjoyed it!
