Public Transport

Paros has a reliable public bus system (KTEL) that connects the main towns and beaches. From Parikia, the central bus station, you can reach Naoussa, Lefkes, Aliki, and Pounta (for the Antiparos ferry). Bus fares range from €2.00 to €3.50 depending on the route. A full-day ticket costs €10. Tickets can be purchased at the main bus stations or on the bus.

Taxi

Taxis are available on Paros, but can be limited, especially during peak season. It's recommended to book in advance or arrange a transfer through your accommodation. A short taxi ride from Parikia to Naoussa can cost approximately €20-€30. Keep in mind that prices may vary depending on the time of day and season.

Ferry

Ferries are a primary mode of transport to Paros. Ferries arrive and depart from Parikia. Several companies operate routes from Athens (Piraeus, Rafina, Lavrio) to Paros. The ferry trip from Athens takes 3-6.5 hours, with prices ranging from €41.50 to €115.70 depending on the ferry type and company. A local ferry from Parikia to Antiparos during high season is also available.
