From the center of Delphi, head towards the main road (E65) that leads out of the town. Walk towards the direction of Arachova. After approximately 15-20 minutes on foot, you will reach a bus stop. Here, look for the bus heading towards Steiri. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride for about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Steiri, ask the driver to let you off near the Holy Monastery of Hosios Loukas. The monastery is a short walk from the bus stop.
