Getting there

Bus

From Ioannina city center, walk to the bus station located on the corner of 28th October Street and K. Palaiologou Street. Look for the signs indicating the buses to Metsovo. Purchase a ticket at the ticket counter or from the bus driver. The bus ride to Metsovo takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Metsovo, you'll be dropped off at the main bus station, which is close to the town center.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Ioannina. You can find taxis available near the bus station or call a local taxi service. The journey to Metsovo will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to agree on the fare beforehand or ask for the meter to be used.
