Car
If you are driving from Ioannina, take E65 road towards Metsovo. After approximately 24 km, you will reach Kipoi. As you enter the village, look for signs indicating Plakidas Bridge. Turn left onto Epar.Od. Metsovou-Kipon and continue for about 1 km. The bridge will be on your right-hand side, just after you pass through the village.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Ioannina to Metsovo. Buses typically leave from the main bus station in Ioannina. Once you arrive in Metsovo, you will need to take a local taxi or walk about 5 km towards Kipoi along Epar.Od. Metsovou-Kipon to reach Plakidas Bridge. Be sure to ask the driver or locals for directions if needed, as the bridge is a popular landmark.
Car
From the town of Zagori, head south on Epar.Od. Zagoriou towards Kipi. After you pass through Kipi, continue straight for about 2 km on Epar.Od. Metsovou-Kipon. The Plakidas Bridge will be visible on your left. Look for the parking area near the bridge to stop and enjoy the views.
