Follow the signs to Theodoriana village, which is approximately 15 km from the exit. Once in Theodoriana, continue on the local road towards the Souda Waterfalls. You will find a small parking area near the trailhead. The trail to the waterfalls is marked and takes about 25 minutes of moderate climbing.

For those using public transportation, take a KTEL bus from Ioannina to Metsovo. Buses run regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once in Metsovo, you will need to find a local taxi or arrange for a ride to Theodoriana village, which is about 15 km away. In Theodoriana, you can either walk to the waterfalls (about 25 minutes of moderate climbing) or ask a local for directions to the nearest trailhead.
