From the center of Ioannina, walk to the central bus station (Ktel) located on 28th October Street. Here, you can take a bus that heads towards the village of Tymphaea. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Tymphaea, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Beloi Viewpoint. From there, you may need to walk for around 15-20 minutes uphill along the marked trails towards the viewpoint.
Walking

If you prefer to walk, you can start from the center of Ioannina and head towards the lake. Follow the lakeside promenade until you reach the village of Perama. From Perama, continue walking towards Tymphaea, which is approximately 8 kilometers away. The hike will take around 2-3 hours, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way. Once you reach Tymphaea, follow the signs leading to Beloi Viewpoint, which is about a 20-minute walk uphill from the village.
Taxi

You can also take a taxi from the center of Ioannina directly to Beloi Viewpoint. Taxis are available throughout the city, and the ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver to take you to Tymphaea, and they will know the way. Once you arrive, you may have a short hike of about 10 minutes to reach the viewpoint.
