From the center of Ioannina, head to the main bus station (KTEL) located on the eastern side of the city. Take bus number 17 towards Kleidonia. The bus departs every 30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kleidonia stop, exit the bus and follow the signs towards the Klidonia ancient stone bridge, which is just a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are near the lake (Lake Pamvotis), walk along the waterfront towards the west until you reach the bridge that connects to the main road heading out of the city. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Kleidonia. The walk takes around 40-50 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the lake along the way.
