Buses run approximately every hour. The journey takes around 40-50 minutes. Upon arrival at the Konitsa bus station, exit and head east on E90. The Panagia Stomiou Monastery is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station, located on the same road.

If you are already near the waterfront promenade in Ioannina, walk towards the main street (Agiou Nikolaou) and follow it until you reach the bus station (Ktel) to catch a bus to Konitsa. After arriving in Konitsa, navigate east on E90. The monastery is located to the right along this road. It is advisable to use a map or GPS on your phone to ensure you stay on the right path.
