From Kalamata city center, head to the Kalamata KTEL bus terminal located at 33 Aristomenous Street. Look for the bus that is heading towards Sparta or Mystras. Once you arrive at Mystras, disembark at the main bus stop, and you will find signs directing you to the ancient ruins, which are about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

The walk is approximately 15 kilometers and will take around 3 hours. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated. You can easily find a taxi in Kalamata, especially around the city center or near major hotels. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mystras.
