Walking
Start at the Kalamata Central Square (Plateia 23is Martiou). From the square, head east on Aristomenous Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Navarinou Street. Turn left onto Navarinou Street and continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach the seafront promenade. At the promenade, turn right and walk along the water for about 1 kilometer until you reach the end of the promenade near the Kalamata Marina. From there, you will need to take a bus or a taxi to Sparti, as the Spartan Hero Statue is located in the city of Sparti, approximately 35 kilometers away.

Public Transport
From Kalamata Central Square (Plateia 23is Martiou), walk to the Kalamata KTEL Bus Station located on K.T.E.L. Street. Purchase a ticket for a bus to Sparti. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sparti Bus Station, exit the station and head southeast on Leof. Likourgou for about 1 kilometer. The Spartan Hero Statue will be on your left side, located at the end of the street.
